International experts: SPb-Giproshakht’s investment feasibility studies are of the world standard

Works done by SPb-Giproshakht comply with the world's experience, — this conclusion was done by a group of foreign experts who were asked to make a review on the key technical solutions taken by SPb-Giproshakht's specialists in investment feasibility studies on restructuring VorkutaUgol mine assets.

As was pointed out by Boris Sorgin, SPb-Giproshakht's mine department manager, «experience we accumulated when working on Vorkuta project will make it possible for us to deal with complex tasks elsewhere, for example, to offer viable solutions for outbursts and rock bumps in gassy operations. In terms of general approach, the experts gave their positive assessment on how to recover the remaining reserves in this deposit. The point is our work received high appraisal from experts who are world known and have experience in a variety of coal producing countries: South Africa, the USA, Australia, Canada, India, China etc.»
